The cottage is clean and well equipped with a million dollar view window right on the lake shore. The cottage has a nice dock and swimming platform that you can fish or swim. We’re honored to be the first family to rent the cottage and will come back for another vacation. ”

“10/10 experience! We wanted to be within an hour or so of Acadia National Park, but also wanted to enjoy some laid back lake time. It had everything you’d hope for - it was so cozy, very clean, had everything we needed in the kitchen etc. We went fishing and pedal boating and kayaking and swimming - enjoyed so much wildlife and beautiful weather! It was private and quiet and exactly what our family of 5 needed! Grocery stores/restaurants were not too far and a very easy drive. The drive to……

“Very rustic with a HUGE emphasis on hunting. There were bear, turkey and antlers mounted on the wall. The place was a nice size. It was nice to have the bathroom down the hall from the bedroom. The living room couches and bed were comfy. Some of the fixtures weren't quite right. The antler chandeliers had cob webs, the sink had a hole where the sprayer was supposed to go, and the outlets weren't all secure in the wall. There was a lot of junk outside the cabin and we had to use our own towels……

“This little house was so perfect for our annual national parks trip with our daughters. It was an easy drive to Acadia with great views and food along the way. This was a rare instance where the property is actually better in real life than in the listing pictures. It’s even stocked with everything you could possibly need in the kitchen to enjoy family meals together. For our infant, a pack and play plus a high chair were provided. We will absolutely be looking to stay again if we make it back……

“It was a 10 min ride in from town which was fine. We wanted secluded and it was. House heater warmwd up the entire house, when needed. Fire pit to sit near at night made the nights perfect, looking out from the dock at the water and fall colors was beautiful. Haeverything we needed there”
