“The hotel is beautiful and the restaurants are nice too, but I had paid for three breakfasts for three nights, then I paid for a forth night in the same room, and they would not let me use my prepaid, but unused, breakfast from the day before. It left a bad taste in my mouth about this hotel as it felt a bit unfair and stingy. The customer service just isn’t up to the level of a classy hotel.”

“C'était un sejour merveilleux!! Le confort absolu de la chambre et le service impeccable de l'ensemble du personnel !! Il ya tellement de petites attentions que l'on a l'impression d'être des personnes exceptionnelles. On a une vue imprenable sur pretoria et l'union building depuis la terrasse depuis la terrasse de l'hôtel. Dans un quartier très calme mais pas besoin de sortir le soir , le restaurant propose une splendide carte avec des mets savoureux et de très bon cocktails ! ”

“Good stay. Everything was as expected and no complaints. Stage 6 load shedding while we were there, but the hotel obviously has back up power as we were not affected. Very convenient location for University of Pretoria as we were dropping our daughter off. ”
