“Das Viertel Malasana hat Charme und Wohnung liegt prima. Aber geeignet als Ferienquartier ist dieses Appartement nicht. Es ist nicht nur viel zu klein, sondern man kann nur an wenigen Stellen überhaupt aufrecht stehen. Damit konnte man nach der Beschreibung wirklich nicht rechnen. Nachdem man die steile Stiege hochgekommen ist, kommt einem in der kleinen Dachkammer dann auch mal der Gedanke nach einem potenziellen Fluchtweg. im Brandfall. Über die Dächer wirkt das doch etwas unsicher. Die Dusche……

“We couldn't fault the accommodation but we assumed that the reference to parking available/on site meant that it came with parking. We tried contacting the owner but it took a day to get a response. The parking is by request and is an additional 15 euros per day. We still had a great holiday and it's a good base for site seeing.”

“Slt vraiment je vous recommande de réserver ce logement bien decervi centre commercial dans 5 minutes en voiture parc juste a côté pour les enfants parking juste aux environs et de petits exautique juste derriere le logement tu ne sera pas déçu”

“Upon arriving at this dirty and unkept villa we were immediately of the mind frame of ‘oh well, let’s make the most of it’ as we set about cleaning the kitchen to a standard that allowed us to prepare food and drink/eat from cutlery and glasses etc.. the second disappointment for us was the air con, or lack of it! The home was literally a sweat box and extremely uncomfortable. Thirdly, the pool was dirty and garden furniture all ripped and tatty. However, the deciding vote that had our whole……

“Pasamos casi dos semanas en esta preciosa casa y todo fue perfecto. Tanto el dueño como la persona encargada de la casa estaban disponibles en todo momento para responder preguntas y ayudar en caso de necesidad. La vivienda estaba perfecta, limpia y muy bien localizada. Cerca de tiendas y restaurantes, cerca de Madrid pero también de lo más bonito de la sierra, como El Escorial. Volveríamos sin dudarlo. ”
