“Very nice property ”

“It’s a nice place to stay for one or two day, Good location, seems safe. Facilities good enough but it was quite noisy in this hostel. Room to room seems no Sound insulation. Staffs are nice, they give you help if you ask for it. Other then that everything are good enough. ”

“整个西班牙订了那么多酒店中最糟糕的，被标题迷惑以为是套房，就算不是套房那面积还大，就算面积不大那还有独立的卫生间 不是的，什么都没有，在一个居民楼里，我们提着箱子找了1到5楼，最后没办法一个个按门铃找到的，4-5间客房公用一个卫生间，淋浴房水还下不去，房间极小，体验感极差，感觉十分不安全，原本付了2晚钱，果断第二晚重新找酒店订了； 酒店服务更差，已提早写邮件大约晚上7点到，打电话过去工作人员表示不知道，并且让我到他们办公室拿钥匙，我说我刚到马德里，大包小包行李能不能送过来，工作人员说她不会送过来，最后提着行李去找办公室，花了1个多小时时间，从我们7点到酒店到最后入住是晚上10点，身心疲惫； 无论从工作人员的态度和入住的体验感上，都十分让人不适，让我们在马德里的第一天十分不愉快，强烈不推荐这个酒店”

“Pleasant stay in nice neighbourhood. Shopping centre and eateries 10 minutes walk away. 15 mins walk to metro station Canillejas. Close to airport and about 10€ by BOLT. ”

“A nice little bolthole about 30 mins from the city centre located quite nicely between a number of different metro stops. This sort of accommodation is best suited to the more independent traveller. This is not a traditional hotel, rather it’s more akin to upscale student accommodation - there are about 12 en-suite rooms leading into a shared basic kitchen space. There are no staff on site except cleaning staff during the early afternoon period post check out, but were quite nice and helpful……
