“Very nice and quiet in the heart of old town St Aug. The property was very quiet. Room AC good. Water pressure and hot water excellent. Staff very friendly. They provided a nice list of recommendations for local dining and activities. Off site parking was not bad, less than a ten minute walk away. The comp beverages were a nice touch and the fresh baked cookies were a treat. Be aware when booking that some rooms are on 2nd and even 3rd floor. Oh the daily breakfast is always something to……

“Great stay in St Augustine’s oldest and historic B&B/hotel. Yes, it’s old, but it is kept up well. The staff is amazing—helpful and friendly. Close to everything. A different breakfast each day. Unique, charming, friendly. The atmosphere is conductive to guests talking and sharing experiences which was fun. One couple told us they been coming almost every year for well over a decade. We would go back too.”

“Clean and safe. We stayed in the Elizabeth room and it was great. Stand up shower and a small semi-private porch. Breakfast was from 8:30-9:30 and was prepared well. Coffee and Tea 24x7. Happy hour from 4-5 with red and white wine. You can walk to the historic district of St Augustine with no trouble. Parking is available but tight. Glad i had a small car. ”
