“I waited at the front desk for check in for over 10 min. There were two employees behind the desk. One was on the phone addressing a past customer 's problem. The other one was sitting down behind the counter folding papers and doing nothing. Very Disrespectful. The dining staff and cleaning staff were Top Notch. Especially Deb in the dining room. Excellent customer service, was very polite and welcoming and warm. Cleaning crew were Great. Although the check in was rocky and I thought of leaving……

“Very clean property. The rooms are very nice as well. Recommend if you’re ever in the area. ”

“Staff was extremely polite and courteous. The hotel was reasonably clean but did have a coffee spill in the elevator that should have been cleaned up before the maid staff shown up the next morning. Some minor repairs were needed but nothing much. ”

“Hot tub jets barely worked, and it could have been cleaner. We had the suite, and the mattress on the pullout sofa was not usable. Springs were almost coming through the material. ”
