“Hot tub jets barely worked, and it could have been cleaner. We had the suite, and the mattress on the pullout sofa was not usable. Springs were almost coming through the material. ”

“A very clean, comfortable room in a modest but newer building located in a quiet area. Would stay again! Indigo Lavender Farm and Joe’s Pizza also recommended. ”

“Air conditioner did not work. Immediately brought it to staffs attention and within 5 minutes they got me a so much more comfortable room. Thanks guys”

“Knob Hill is a beautiful, gracious home in a lovely neighborhood in Flint. Diana is a born host and a wonderful cook. She makes a delicious, generous hot breakfast each morning - for example, a cheese souffle, candied bacon, and a fresh baked muffin, with coffee and juice. She even provides complimentary wine and chocolates. The bed was comfy and everything was clean and well-appointed. This must surely be the nicest place to stay in Flint. ”

“Nice place for the price. Pool is nice and staff is friendly. In the parking lot it has one huge pot hole by the sewer grate that needs fixed. Just be cautious. ”

“Staff was extremely polite and courteous. The hotel was reasonably clean but did have a coffee spill in the elevator that should have been cleaned up before the maid staff shown up the next morning. Some minor repairs were needed but nothing much. ”

“Room was clean; breakfast was good. Towels & coffee packets in room were limited for 3 people and kleenex box empty. Liked that there was a hot tub, but spa action was limited and water wasn't that hot. Pool area very noisy. Desk staff screwed up our bill and double charged for the room. Not inclined to return.”
