At first, it was easy to book and the availability was nice since they did not require a one week stay and we were literally fitting this trip in between two events. The house was everything that we expected and need. Unfortunately we didn’t get beach time with Hurricane Debby but we still had much needed relaxation. ”

The house is very open so we could enjoy being all together at all times. There was plenty of beds for all, and the mattresses slept wonderfully. Communication with the host was exceptional. “We thought this home on Avon was the perfect spot for our family; just a short walk over the Dunes to the ocean and a not too busy beach. We walked to the Avon Fishing Pier, souvenir, coffee and ice cream shops and restaurants. The area and beach felt safe and it was very clean. There is a mix of rentals and homeowners in the immediate neighborhood. We were pleasantly surprised that the cottage seemed larger and more open than the online photos.
