“The owner is very responsive and wants your stay to be the best it can be. The kitchen is well stocked with every needed appliance. We loved the many balconies and beautiful views. The beaches are not crowded, and the kayaks were a hit on the sound side. ”

“The property has a rustic cabin, old beach house feeling. The kitchen is well stocked. Loved the barrel dining table. Loved sitting on screened in porch playing games at night. Short walk to the beach was a plus ! Needs some upgrades like new screening on porch and half bath fixtures and would suggest a ceiling fan on the screened in porch ( we bought a box fan for our stay).. Other than that we loved our stay there!”

“The house could’ve been a lot cleaner. As we stayed over the a full week, you could tell the house was not cleaned thoroughly and we found trash in and outside the house. To finish out the week, we ran into an ant problem and no one from Vacasa never followed up. For the price, it was a rip off and totally disappointed.”

“This was the first time we stayed in Avon versus Duck or Corolla. We will never go back north! Avon was great! The home is a quick 7 minute walk to the Avon Pier and beach. There are restaurants and shops in walking distance of the house. There is even a farmer's market during the summer on Tuesdays - right near the house. The house itself is very new - and very clean. The owner was super responsive and our stay was amazing. We were also able to bring our pets. I can't say enough about the……

“Our family and friends thoroughly enjoyed our week spent in BLISS. The owners answered any questions we had quickly, even sending out a handy man for an electronics issue the same day we contacted them. The house itself was comfortable and had many extra little touches above other rentals like a commercial ice machine, 2 bar areas, a commercial smoothie/frozen drink machine, large refrigerator and 2 ovens and dishwashers to accommodate a large group.
