“This was the first time we stayed in Avon versus Duck or Corolla. We will never go back north! Avon was great! The home is a quick 7 minute walk to the Avon Pier and beach. There are restaurants and shops in walking distance of the house. There is even a farmer's market during the summer on Tuesdays - right near the house. The house itself is very new - and very clean. The owner was super responsive and our stay was amazing. We were also able to bring our pets. I can't say enough about the……

“Wonderful stay! Awesome property! Perfectly clean! Would give it 10 stars if that were an option. Very comfortable with all the amenities needed for a marvelous stay. Beautifully decorated. Fantastic view. Really enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the pelicans, cormorants, and gulls as well as the jumping mullet. Mike is an excellent host! This is our second time staying at Mariner's Terrace. Definitely would stay again. ”
