“We loved our stay at Alam Jepun Villas and will definitely be back. Staff are friendly and helpful. “我們7/26-7/29入住，房型是111、三大房 剛進房覺得還好 結果看到廚房用具整個傻眼 廚具比我家裡要淘汰的廚具還要舊 房間的吹風機第一晚再幫孩子吹時就覺得好像要解體 不料同行友人再幫孩子吹頭髮時 竟解體爆裂 整個燒焦 還黏在手上 幸好孩子即時把媽媽手上的吹風機打落 但也因此被電到 220伏特的電導致大人的手整個麻掉還燒焦 當下我們去櫃檯詢問 櫃檯不但沒有關心情況 只一直問 是不是我們的手是濕的在吹頭髮 。吹頭髮 手上當然有濕氣 但不是很濕的情況 正常下不應該會這樣 而且處理事情的方法也令人失望 。我們住3晚3房5萬多的房型 。這次真的有嚇到 下次絕對不會再考慮他們旗下的任何一間飯店”

“服務生很沒效率，辦個入住手續需要花一個多小時。villa設備非常破舊，整個就像年久失修的地方，東西壞了也沒有維修。打掃衛生非常差。浴室跟廁所都在戶外，下雨天必須淋雨出去。villa內蒸餾水都空了還插著電，根本沒水可以喝。根本就1星不到的villa哪能掛4.5星，自己號稱的吧！入住感覺整個都不好了，非常影響旅遊心情！一星等級，五星收費，強烈不建議旅客入住。這是五個晚上四間villa中最貴而感受最糟糕的一間！”
