“Staff were excellent,well trained and attentive with good English skills. Rooms were modern and neat and the pool area is very relaxing. 25k vnd to old town by grab or free bike in the garage if you feel energetic. The breakfast covered all bases especially the western food but they also had good vegetarian options. Spa attached makes a one stop shop for relaxation. “Every staffs were wearing smiling faces all the time. It was so touched to receive a handwritten Xmas card and chocolates from your staff. They also provided a complimentary Xmas buffet dinner to all room guests on the Xmas eve. Most surprising me was the cleaner not only came to make up the room once per day ,but everytime when We went out .They came up to change the towels , clean the garbage and decorate the room for us for a few times in a day. Their housekeeping service was excellent!……
