“Property sits on the other side of the island opposite Grace Bay. Very quiet area. Not commercial at all. The lagoon villa we stayed in has all the amenities we expected and face a very beautiful lagoon. I would recommend this place to family looking to chillex.”
“the property was magnificenty manicured with gardens, flowers and trees. Our room was beautiful, clean and spacious.
We did pay for ocean-front view and did NOT get that. We were on the 1st floor and the trees blocked the ocean view.
I would definitely ask for a higher floor next time”

“Awesome small scale property with great beach access and walkable to so many restaurants and shops. Grocery is a short walk and a great option to stock the condo. Tons to do or a great place to just relax. We never had issues finding plenty of beach or pool chairs any time of the day. The whole family agrees - we would go back in a heartbeat! ”
“Breakfast options are great but the service is kind of scattered. Beach should be cleaned every night; at times we saw spoons, ice cream cups and cigarette butts near the cabanas which was not what we expected. Some of the employees go out of their way while others act like they are doing you a favor. Our room was lovely but it was in a building that had been recently updated. Very nice but overall not 5 star.”
