“We had a lovely 2 night stay and were able to leave the car at the property as it’s within walking distance of city centre for shopping and dining. It’s 2 min walk up the hill to Branklyn Gardens and tea room. The property is also near to Kinoull Hill and other walks. We found our room to be quiet, very comfortable and had an excellent pre ordered breakfast each morning.”

“Cozy and friendly , nice, cooked to order breakfast. A bit of a trek into city centre , bus is infrequent. I would however stay again and recommend.”

“Reception wasn’t very welcoming but that was sorted. Restaurant offerings are either a very expensive fine dining experience or a poor quality pub grub with very limited menu. Generally staff very helpful location very good and excellent potential but missing something ”

“Stayed here to go an ice hockey game. First time in Fife and staying in the Elbow Room. Amazing location for the Ice Hockey and lovely friendly staff. Room was clean and had no issues. Breakfast available 24 hours which was great. Will definitely stay again as place was full of character. ”

“Recently opened hotel but clearly experienced owners. The room was newly renovated including a lovely bathroom, shower and bed. Great facilities in the hotel with a fully equipped gym and pool. (Good opening times too) Large tv in the room with Netflix signed in was brilliant, why can’t all hotels do this! Lovely staff and service. ”
