“It is decent for its hotel category. Parking is easy, and the location is convenient for everything: transportation, dining, and shopping. The staff is friendly, and the property is clean overall, though it could use a little TLC. The age is starting to show in the furniture and fixtures. Will I stay again.. yes. ”

“Staff friendly. Lobby better than room. Towels a bit yellow but consumables are o.k. Swimming pool small but reasonable. Massage and spa best among all. Taste of breakfast fairly well but too little. Can come to enjoy next time. ”

“This is a reasonable hotel. lobby good but room has to be maintained to a better condition. hot water, towels are good but carpet has to be replaced. swimming pool is the best among all. breakfast o.k. staff are warm and nice. in bacolod, this is one of the choices.”

“They advertised free Wi-Fi which is one of the critical requirements for me to pick a resort. But when I got there I found out that there wi-fi was turned off indefinitely and they acted like it was nothing. I work a lot, and vacations are really important to me. But because of my business I can't really take off for a vacation if I can't connect via Wi-Fi.”
