“Nothing. Their are ants crawling around. The water in the shower is cold. Door is very hard to open. Only one key for the room. I’ve requested for another key for my husband and they won’t give it to us. They won’t allow us to charge our dinner. They only want cash.”
“Staff friendly. Lobby better than room. Towels a bit yellow but consumables are o.k. Swimming pool small but reasonable. Massage and spa best among all. Taste of breakfast fairly well but too little. Can come to enjoy next time. ”
“This is a reasonable hotel. lobby good but room has to be maintained to a better condition. hot water, towels are good but carpet has to be replaced. swimming pool is the best among all. breakfast o.k. staff are warm and nice. in bacolod, this is one of the choices.”
