“They advertised free Wi-Fi which is one of the critical requirements for me to pick a resort. But when I got there I found out that there wi-fi was turned off indefinitely and they acted like it was nothing. I work a lot, and vacations are really important to me. But because of my business I can't really take off for a vacation if I can't connect via Wi-Fi.”

“The standout feature of our visit was certainly the exceptional service. The reception and the breakfast staff were friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure that our stay was comfortable. However, it’s worth noting that the room we were in, the layout was quite strange and not as functional as we have hoped. Some areas felt cramped, and certain furniture placements made it difficult to navigate comfortably. Additionally, we found the street noise to be disruptive, particularly……

“The smell in the elevator was bad they were trying to mask it with air freshener. Room smelt like molded. Order from their menu and an hour later got food that was cold and to tough to eat. I will never return to this place nor recommend it to anyone. ”
