“Nice location and very nice service ”

“The Hotel is in a quiet location which is good in my opinion. There is an easy walk to the main street, where you are able to access, cafes and shopping malls either by taxi or the Maxim car (i.e. like Grab) from the Hotel or use the air con buses or jeepneys. Hotel is a lovely decor and is clean. Rooms are a good size beds are very comfortable bathrooms are always cleaned. Room cleaning is done each day. Front desk staff always helpful with any enquiry I made. Breakfast is adequate. At the……

“The hotel is great but the loud music at night from the bar downstairs below was a bit of a problem though it was usually finished by 12am. We did complain and the hotel moved us to another room so cannot fault their customer service. Very near SM and 7/11 and the bay, a great experience, lovely big comfortable room would definitely stay there again next time i am in Bacolod . ”

“Staff friendly. Lobby better than room. Towels a bit yellow but consumables are o.k. Swimming pool small but reasonable. Massage and spa best among all. Taste of breakfast fairly well but too little. Can come to enjoy next time. ”
