“My wife and I have been wanting to stay at the Hotel de la Marine for almost 20 years, since we ate at the restaurant there. Our stay of a single night was quite special. The excellent and friendly staff arranged a sea-view room for us and we were delighted with our views over la manche. We ate at the restaurant in the evening and the food lived up to our previous expectations. Whole crab, followed by Dover sole and lobster linguine.....and an excellent bottle of Quincy vin blanc. “Mycket trevlig värdinna som bjöd på en frukost där mycket var hemmagjort, till exempel olika sorters sylt och torkad frukt. En i resesällskapet var glutenintolerant och det var inga problem, utan värdinnan ordnade glutenfritt bröd från bageriet. Mycket härlig vistelse!”
