“The room was excellent! Very spacious, clean, modern, bed was very comfortable. Everything about the hotel was excellent with the exception of the food. Food was ok. It needed more variety at the buffet specifically. They need more restaurants cause wait time was often long. Didn’t like the hostess service at the Turtle restaurant. They were not friendly at all. Drinks were good quality though. And I LOVED cup cake cafe. From the decor to the colors the quality of the coffee, the service was……

“We booked an all-inclusive package. Upon check-in, we were informed that dinner reservations were required. We specifically asked which restaurant served seafood and lobster in the evening, only to find out later that all lobster dishes came with an additional charge. The breakfast was a buffet, but the variety was quite limited. The only commendable aspect was the staff’s friendly and professional service. However, one downside is that all tourism-related personnel in the area, including hotel……
