“The trip was pleasant. The staff was nice and the show was great. The hotel facilities are a bit old. The toilet made a scream every time it was flushed, and the conditioner could not be squeezed out. I went to the front desk and told them that the conditioner could not be used. They replied that they would solve it immediately, but it was not solved the next day. After we found the room cleaner, she replaced a new bottle of conditioner for me. Overall, the evaluation is satisfactory.”

“I love all the staff are very nice shout out to Samantha from entertainment,Ary from entertainment theyre very kind,helpful and hardworking. Shout out to Orlando from Italian restaurant and Gisela from retaurant close by the pool.theyre very helpful.the only thing i dont like is the restroom below the restaurant close by the pool.2 rooms were very dirty and only 2 were funtioning out of 4.tlyou should bulid anothe clean restroom with good lighting.Sushi restaurant should be in a nice cozy room……

“It's an older building amongst huge, new resorts. It's feels authentically Mexican. Beautiful beach, super lovely staff. Room was clean and quiet. Bed was super comfortable.”

All Inclusive, and if you book through Expedia or hotels.com, and you have VIP status with Expedia, you are in for a treat! Paradisus Los Cabos has a great relationship with the booking site company and they go out of their way for those special Expedia guests. Evidently, i was one such guest, and little did i……
