“The trip was pleasant. The staff was nice and the show was great. The hotel facilities are a bit old. The toilet made a scream every time it was flushed, and the conditioner could not be squeezed out. I went to the front desk and told them that the conditioner could not be used. They replied that they would solve it immediately, but it was not solved the next day. After we found the room cleaner, she replaced a new bottle of conditioner for me. Overall, the evaluation is satisfactory.”

“We stayed in an upgraded "VIP" master suite room. It was very spacious, and our check-in process was lovely. We had a great view and enjoyed the amenities in general. The food throughout the entire resort was excellent, as was the service. Our private butler got us hooked up with whatever we needed. The only few complaints I have are that the furniture in our room needed replacing or a serious cleaning at best. It was all white and very dirty, plus not overly comfortable. Also, our shower……

“Este hotel ha sido nuestro destino desde hace 5 años. Nos dieron un upgrade y nos dieron nuestro “early arrival”, pero nuestra habitación no estaba al 100%, pues encontramos un pastel a medio comer en el refrigerador, el servicio de café estaba sucio y lleno de azúcar, lo cual nos dio una mala impresión, y nos decepcionó. Claro, nos arreglaron el cuarto al pedirlo. No bajen la calidad y cuiden los detalles, y nos gusta mucho el hotel, pero estos detalles nos decepcionan. Eso si, todo lo demás……

“The cleanliness of this facility was amazing! The housekeeping actually does a great job. The staff were very very friendly and helpful. Food options were good. Drink options were great. Hotel had different activities everyday. The pools were great as well. The only small downside was that even though there is direct access to the beach from the hotel the beach area outside the hotel was not safe to swim. “This hotel is beautiful small oasis in the middle of San Jose del Cabo. Architecture and interior design are wonderful. Lots of interesting art and sculpture and blooming bougainvillea around. Pool, bar, restaurant are excellent. Courteous and helpful staff. Highly recommended.”
