“We booked an all-inclusive package. Upon check-in, we were informed that dinner reservations were required. We specifically asked which restaurant served seafood and lobster in the evening, only to find out later that all lobster dishes came with an additional charge. The breakfast was a buffet, but the variety was quite limited. The only commendable aspect was the staff’s friendly and professional service. “Loved our stay here!!! Barbara, the owner, is unbelievably fantastic! She is a wealth of information, speaks flawless English, and will help you with anything…she called our Uber for us, then followed it on her phone til it got to us, which involved running down the street when it pulled over a block and a half from us.
