“Nice and friendly welcome and on arrival impressed with the bedroom however on checking bedding a dried blood stain on the fitted sheet which was clear to see and in clear view (must have been seen when making the bed up) and also a dirty stained pillowcase was evident. Reception informed and immediately resolved the issue. They also offered a free drink as an apology. Tv remote required new batteries but was advised the sensor was hid behind the dressing table mirror and although we moved it,……

“Lovely traditional British pub. Staff were lovely and a nice welcome from Rosie the resident dog! All single rooms are on the 2nd floor (no lift). The room I stayed in was quite small but clean and very comfy bed.”
