“We had an excellent stay! We arrived for our daughter's graduation and had booked two rooms. Customer service was A+; the staff made sure our rooms were adjacent, provided water upon check-in, and went above and beyond to assist us with small needs. The rooms were immaculately clean. The hotel itself looked new and fresh. Easy to access. Felt very safe. We slept through breakfast (ended at 9:30; we had been traveling for a full week). “My only criticism was the coffee maker. There was not one in the room when I arrived. The front desk got one for me right away, but when I added the water the whole counter became wet… so basically i couldn’t use it. I did not notify the front desk (my bad ) but I was disappointed.”

“The room was well kept and the mattress was excellent. There ws only one ice machine working and it was located on the first floor. The second and third floor machines did not work. I was on the third floor. There was no soda vending machine. The morning breakfast was "Excellent"! The woman who managed that area was warm, friendly and very "Customer Focused"! I registered on Thursday afternoon and received no service re trash removal and clean towels. I went to the desk to get a towel……
