“Im from wigan originally we came down for my neice wedding it was hood that my family came into the pub and we had a few drinks. We had breakfast on Sunday morning and it was the best weve ever had. “The property itself is a little off the beaten track and set in some beautiful countryside. The stable rooms in which I stayed are big, clean well equipped,oder and comfortable. Although there is no onsite catering for evening meals they have a kitchen for reheating your own stuff (microwave) and a large breakfast room in which you can eat takeaways. “Lovely staff. I got a late check out for£25 extra which was amazing after a night out. The hotel is really lovely. By a gorgeous lake. Nothing was too much for the staff. I was given an extra blanket on request. I would not hesitate to recommended this hotel with lovely country pubs a walk or uber away. Thankyou. Amelia Jones”
