“worst customer service ever，kick me out at midnight，stupid reason is my visa card doesnt have chip on it. And that card I have done the payment at first day when I was checking in. They just told me that they make a mistake for using this card and 3days later they wanna fix it then ask me to leave the hotel. And talk in a really mean way. When I arrived and gave my last name, the valet repeatedly questioned it and made me spell it several times, while giving me a very dismissive and judgmental look. It felt like my name was being treated as strange or unacceptable. This kind of behavior made me feel deeply disrespected as a guest.
