“Very friendly staffs with high efficiency. On the day we checked out, we stored our baggages in the morning. As we picked up in the afternoon, we realized our belonging may be left in the room. Though our uber had already arrived, staffs still found it shortly after that. Also, enough backup for several disposable items when calling for help. A close location to the airport. A nice and worthwhile place to stay again for the next chance visiting LA.”

“The price is great and the harbor is beautiful with easy access to the harbor beach. There are restaurants in walking distance. A huge plus is the parking lot. We never had a hard time finding a spot in the parking lot and didn't have to park on the street. Our shower had some issues and didn't drain well. We talked to the front desk numerous times during our stay and they tried to fix it but were never successful. So showers had to be brief. But the price and easy parking made it a great……
