“真的是間十分好的Villa, 每位員工都十分熱情, 每間房間也有獨立泳池, 而且服務質素一流! 就算遇到任何問題, 職員們都十分努力去幫忙解決! 曾因為一些包車的問題而需要致電到當地包車公司, 而職員們替我們打了好幾個電話去幫助我們溝通, 真的很好的服務! 另外也有SPA的服務, 也很出色, 令人舒暢無比! 早餐及下午茶也很豐富, 而且味道也很好! Villa距離沙灘大約十分鐘路程, 更加有日出早餐團, 真的很值得推薦! 總括而言, 這間Villa給我的印象是物超所值! ”

“The hotel is really nice of the environment and the service. The therapist of SPA were very good, we did enjoy the massage very much. However although we made a reservation for the restaurant, it seemed the staffs didn’t realize we visited it and send a mail to us on the next day for missing our arrival. The shower in the room was really weak, it didn’t come out any water during the mid night which was bit terrible.”

“Room was nothing fancy but was clean and comfortable. Does the job, the water pressure in the shower was a bit low. Food in the cafe was delicious and reasonably priced. All the staff were super friendly and helpful”

“The reception service is very good. But our room is just one wall against the road outside. You can heard the loud noise of motorcycle every night until 1 am. Due to the open room designed the bathroom is open with just one glass door.I feel I am sleeping on the road openly. I have huge concerns over the water condition in this hotel. I start to vomit after one night after having the happy hour in hotel and fine dine bali night formal dinner. Luckily they have a clinic in hotel and the pretty……

“整體上都好棒，唯一美中不足的是check in時跟我們說everything is free,所以我們以為一個可以提去海攤的提袋是免費的，因此就帶走了，Check out時要跟我們收25萬印尼盾,因為行李都以打包好，只好付了，我是覺得如果要收費應該標一下價錢，大家就不會以為可以帶走了。”
