“Great place to stay, there is 8 rooms on the 7th floor 2 bathrooms and 2 shower rooms. All room have a balcony view which is great to see the city or the planes coming in to Sofia airport. It takes 30 mins from the airport to the apartments.”

The Hotel Executive asistant manager acknowledged my comment and send me a card however come with a set of amenities as same as the welcome amenities. Can see how robotic and service without heart.
Club lounge very nice, specially those serve attitude are different. F&B staff， housekeeping and concierge great hospitality but not front desk."
