“A great location and comfortable apartment. I had expected laundry facilities in the room, but reception were happy to help out and get my laundry done. ”

“We had a great stay at this hotel, which is right on the corner with Vitosha street. Great location, walkable to all the main attractions. Plenty of restaurants nearby. The room was also great, there is an AC. We could leave our bags at reception after check-out. Breakfast was at a nearby cafe Memento which consisted of a coffee and a croissant which was perfect for us. Would recommend! ”

“Great self-catering accommodation. Clean and tidy apartment with kitchen diner, shower room and bedroom. There's a nice pool and you can buy drinks etc from the reception. A short walk along the main road to the beach, which means it's away from the noise of the main area, but still close to all amenities. All in all a great stay. ”

“Everything about our stay was exceptional. The location was right in the old town centre near many restaurants, shops and the water. The hotel manager Petko was super helpful and accommodating throughout our stay, and helped arrange anything we needed. He definitely made our stay extremely enjoyable and easy. ”

"I have comment their check in was cold and no welcoming. The Hotel Executive asistant manager acknowledged my comment and send me a card however come with a set of amenities as same as the welcome amenities. Can see how robotic and service without heart. Club lounge very nice, specially those serve attitude are different. F&B staff， housekeeping and concierge great hospitality but not front desk."
