“Non existent! Scam!!!!!!!!!”

“Bina girişinde otel ile ilgisi olmayan ve ingilizce bilmeyen bir kişi vardı. Resevasyonumuz konusunda hiç bilgisi yoktu. Başka birini çağırdı. O kisi telefonla birileri ile görüştü sonra bize odayı gösterdiler. Yagmurlu soğuk bir gunde uzun bir yolculuktan sonra biraz bekletildik ve endişe duyduk. Odaya yerleştikten sonra rahat bir konaklama oldu. Şehir merkezine uzak anayol kenarinda. ”

“We have a very late arrival flight so self check-in was a great option. The room is spacious and clean, the beds are comfortable and the bathroom is very convenient. Great location! The only drawback - we arrived at 1 a.m. in the winter and the heating in the room was not switched on, so it took some time to warm up the room. We managed to turn the heater by ourselves, however it would be better if there are some (printed) instructions about this for other late guests or the management turn on……

“To start we had to go to another office in the city to register ourselves and after riding 250 miles on a motorcycle this was not a welcome greeting. The staff were great at helping us to find it , it was just an unwanted inconvenience. The mattress was in a poor state but other than that the room and the hotel was in a better state. The food and drinks served were excellent and the staff serving them . I paid for parking for our motorcycle and had no issues”

“Comfortable beds and nice large balcony AC wasn’t very cool and freezer didn’t freeze only 3 hangers between 2 of us Missing cutlery no cooking utensils Not great communication with host either ”

“駅にもバスターミナルにも近いので便利です。 周りは住宅街で何もないですが、駅にスーパーもあるし立地的にはとても便利でした。 調理器具は大きな鍋が1つしかないので、フライパンが欲しかったですが、全体的には綺麗で静かな環境で快適でした。”

Tout est parfaitement conçu pour un merveilleux séjour. L’aménagement des chambres est de très haute qualité, literie, salle de bains, tv..etc. Mention spéciale à Petko, le manager, qui fait un super travail, avec grande gentillesse et professionnalisme.
