“We arrived late and the staff was very helpful in getting us settled. It’s a wonderful location by the lake where our kids went for a swim and we had drinks at the bar. We had a lovely walk around the lake after the yummy breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay and it was a great stop in our travels through Ireland. ”

“Ryan’s hotel was great at check in, no problems. The rooms are basic and look like they have recently been decorated but decoration is a bit mismatched. I would say a bit more money spent on finishing touches would go a long way. Very comfy bed and a good nights sleep. Breakfast was fine, nothing special as its buffet. Hotel would probably score higher if they could serve individually but staff levels appeared low with the same helpful gent booking in, cooking and serving breakfast. I would……

“Beautiful, spacious property. Practical Details for Americans: they have a water kettle not a coffee pot, so purchase instant or bag coffee before you come, not beans or ground. They have a washer and dryer. You need to bring pods and be aware, it's a condenser dryer that takes about 2 hours to dry a verysmall load (5-6 items). Be sure to empty the dryer water tank. It's muddy on the property, so bring slippers or alternate shoes plus something to put your shoes in to protect your suitcase.……
