“Top notch service at a magical property. Stayed in the vineyard view room and it was phenomenal. All the staff are incredibly helpful, pleasant and went out of their way to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfect. "The hotel is located at a VERY nice point to overview the bridge Luis. It´s beautiful to have the sunrise and sunset sightseeing from the hotel. Our room was in the 12th floor, the bridge is at the 14th floor level of the hotel, the room wtih river side view is preferred! The breakfast is with plenty selection of food, the cheese board, the bread and the fruit varieties are not extremely large, but already good enough to a satisfactory breakfast. The metro is at the corner of the hotel, it’s convenient to take the public transportation to anywhere. There are also small restaurants near by, no problem with the kind of food at all. The only concern is the sound proof from the hall, when the children run or screaming at the corridor, and closing the room doors, the sound it really loud and annoying for the people who want to stay in room and have a rest."
