“One of the cleanest rentals we’ve ever stayed in! Well appointed home with everything you could need for your stay. Gorgeous lake views, cozy wood burning fireplace and quiet neighborhood. We will definitely be back!”

“We loved this place. There was a lot of space for our kids and dog to play and the cabin was great. The one small issue we had is that there was a bit of a ladybug problem when we got to the cabin and we could not find a vacuum to clean them up. Would definitely stay again. ”

“ We came up from Kansas City and stayed Sunday to Saturday. Everything we needed for our vacation! The bed was comfortable, the AC and heat worked great. When we wanted to watch the Royals post season game, we grabbed our laptop and watched out at the campfire. Wifi Signal was great. Did some fishing. The lake was nice and calm. “Great location in proximity to the lake and many golf courses. Very nice house that was clean and had all the amenities you'd need. I would definitely stay again. ”

“Cozy stay in the woods, with private access to the little lake. Fire place, hot tub, brought our dog with. Our family had a great time!Overall great stay. Close to anything you might need.However, there was no disclaimer at the time of our booking, that the living quarters and what not are all 2nd story, and require a lot of steps up and down. It was just fine for our family, but may be difficult for older folks. ”

“Corie and Ryan’s cabin is exactly as advertised. Nicely done, cute and comfortable. She was very accommodating when we asked to extend our stay. Pleasant Lake is beautiful and quaint. The cabin is a short walk from the boat launch or beach. We look forward to going back!”

“We had a great stay at Eagles Perch. The house was great and had a good variety of amenities for our group. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had before our stay. The house is in a great location not far from some local restaurants and bars but located in a very peaceful neighborhood. Highly recommend staying at Eagles Perch!”

“This cute cabin has everything for a relaxing weekend! We had great times sitting around the fire, using the row boat, backyard games, and grilled a lot of food! Very clean and excellent communication from the owners! We even golfed at Northern Bay. I would definitely recommend for a peaceful and relaxing weekend!!”
