So much room for having company and it felt like you were at home away from home. We were born and raised in Adams Country, so it truly felt like we were home!!I loved the tall ceilings and I was literally getting lost in the house for a bit while putting out things away. But that’s because it’s so big and open. A good thing!! Absolutely LOVED……

“We had the pleasure of staying in the Pleasure Lake Retreat House. The home is situated on a small lake and has everything a group could ask for to keep entertained. It comfortably slept six people with room and beds to spare. There is a pool table, dart board, ping pong table, fishing poles, basketballs and a hoop and board games. We never got bored and would love to come back on our next visit to the area.”

“This new cabin in the woods was perfect for our recent golf trip in Central Wisconsin. Close to a number of great courses and casino. This new house was immaculate, comfortably furnished and well supplied. Deer and wildlife in the yard and quick walk to the lake. Host was lovely and easy to reach if needed.”

“The Depot is an amazing quaint and charming gem in the heart of Amherst. The property is newly renovated and very clean and peaceful. The owner is very easy to communicate with and very accommodating. If you need to stay in Amherst this is the place to stay! Every little detail from the furnishing to the surroundings is excellent. Would highly recommend!”

“We came to Adams, WI, (drove from Arkansas) for the week between Christmas and New Year's. Getting the VRBO for a week was the best way to see our kids and host a Christmas dinner. Some kids visited for the day. A couple spent the night. There was seating for all at dinner. The kitchen had all the cookware and tableware we needed. All appliances work. The bedrooms are far enough from the living areas so that noise doesn't keep people awake. There are beds for sleeping 9 people, along……

“Beautiful location! Super friendly and helpful hosts. Very responsive even came out to fix the hot tub for us! Loved the house and all the games and activities. Really loved the sitting area out by the fire. Only tiny negative is the basement floor must not be level (just how old houses are) cause rhe pool table isn't level. A tiny thing when you have all the other pluses!!! Would definitely stay here again! We loved that they had an old school Nintendo game for us to play!!! So much……

“Anthony was a very gracious host, and the house/property/amenities were above and beyond other VRBO’s we’ve stayed at. We had a very cozy stay in the middle of winter, and it was a treat to wake up to a sunrise over the frozen lake in the morning. I would definitely recommend a stay here, and we hope to come back someday to enjoy the kayaks.”

“From the moment we drove up the driveway, we knew we'd made the correct decision when choosing this stunning property. Immediately you could tell this cabin was as advertised, warm, inviting and perfect for a large family gathering. From the spacious kitchen, plenty of seating dining room, to large, comfortable bedrooms (great beds,) and bathrooms, this place was decorated beautifully and had all the comforts of home, and then some! (That tub in the Primary Bathroom was amazing!!) We knew 5……

“This house was everything we looked for in a holiday vacation stay. My husband and I along with our two adult kids and their families found plenty of space for holiday gift opening, play on the lowest level (including pool table, fussball...), dining room, living/family room (including lots of books, puzzles, games, TV...) on the main level, and enough bedrooms and beds to accommodate all of us on all three levels (that allowed all of us to have our own space. Great house!”
