Staff- very unwelcoming, the man was just playing with phone and the girl didn’t smile at all and ask for guest details and took so long to key in data. Customer service 0. Didnt greet guest. 2. Facilities-poor. Bedsheets have black stain, smelly, old 3. Cockroaches everywhere in the room 4. The stairs alley to lift very smelly 5. They gave us towels inside bags on check in but we didnt hear to give them back at the lobby……

“the room really wasn’t very clean at all, especially the toilet, really not clean. i scan their QR code to ask for extra soap bar and box of tissue, i waited for two days, i never received them, at end of two days, i had to go downstairs to reception to ask for them, plus on that day, i am using the last roll of toilet paper. they did not replenish with extra roll after room service. really not happy with the hotel. the staff at reception was very nice though. and the hotel is situated in a……
