“很舒服的一个酒店，服务，环境，位置一流，在酒店入住都不用去其它海滩，因为最美的那段就在酒店。因为房间不多，住客随之然也不很多，不会到处都碰到人，很享受入住的时光。”

I assume they are not 5 star as only provide some of the little extras in room that you would normally expect from like properties eg tissues, body lotion etc but that didn’t bother us! Our bed was a little saggy but that is the only fault we could find. They even gave us a very late checkout at no cost when we offered to……

“Wi-Fi一会就掉，连了几次还是用自己的网，咖啡机的咖啡需要付费，住房也是按人头算费用的，不管你需不需要加床，在泳池游泳时服务生会三番五次询问需不需要点东西，不点都不好意思了，除了泳池很棒，客人的体验感差了些，其实可以做的很好的！酒店还是不错的！”

“我們住的是2樓12號房朋友住一樓10號房...每間房間都相當大.12號房廁所有天井,10號房房間外面有一個戶外陽台.房間色系很舒服,而且房間有一個警急按鈕.我不小心按到,服務人員2分鐘內就趕到,真得很不好意思,”

“At the end of our Sri Lanka holiday we decided to spend a bit more on our Unawatuna hotel & were not disappointed. We had large rooms with loads of space, kitchen, really comfy beds, excellent views from our balconies. The staff were helpful & the pool lovely. We did book nicer rooms that some there & didn't eat so can't comment on the food. It's a bit of a walk or a short Tuk Tuk ride to the main tourist area or a beach but that also means it's quiet there.”
