“入住時因滿房而擅自要更改我的預定，改去別家評價很低的飯店入住，無法接受。2小時後因有人取消入住才得以在原飯店入住，但隔天還要換房間。處理過程很差勁，第一晚的房間還降等且空調聲音很大，很難入睡。總之，打亂渡假的心情是最令人沮喪的。”

“My wife and I stayed here for 5 nights at the end of a 6 week tour of Southern India and Sri Lanka. It's a beautiful small hotel that has retained the building's history, yet is comfortable and has modern facilities. It has an lovely calm atmosphere which was exactly what we were looking for. The staff we engaged with were all excellent and friendly. It's in a great location, right in the middle of the Fort. 10/10”
