“What an amazing place, 5 star luxury, the hotel grounds are pristinely, you have your own beach (as its difficult to get to unless you have hotel access. Great pool, the food is the best we had in Sri Lanka, they serve different types of Sri Lankan breakfast that you can try, like egg hoppers and sting hoppers with curry and dhal. The infinity pool offers nice views and and the hotel area is small. The food was excellent. The chef was very helpful in finding gluten free options and the food was delicious. Loses a mark as on the final day we left our bags on reception where they insisted they would be safe and looked after while we went out for lunch. However we walked back in and got them without anyone checking. Slight security concern they need to look at as lovely place otherwise :)”
