“Das Hotel ist wirklich toll gelegen, mitten in der Natur und alles ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet. Wir hatten ein tolles Bungalow, sehr geräumig und äußerst sauber. Das Bad war besonders toll eingerichtet, ein richtiges Highlight. Der Pool Nähe der Rezeption läd zum verweilen ein, es gibt kostenlose Getränke und man kann sogar den kostenlosen Tuk Tuk Service in Anspruch nehmen. Lahiru war sehr nett und hat uns gute Tipps gegeben, es hat viel Spaß gemacht! :) Nachts sollte man nur wissen das die……

“We booked this property last minute and quite late at night due to a change of plans. The owner was very quick to get a room sorted for us, despite it being so late. The room was clean, comfortable, and the property was very peaceful. A lovely family-run guest house that provides a relaxing stay. ”

“Staff/owners are lovely and so helpful. Parked our tuktuk at the bottom of the short path (2mins to the hotel from tuktuk) Wifi great. We upgraded during our stay as we was originally in a double room with no AC. It was far too small and hot. So we then paid to move upstairs. The room had AC and was bigger for our cases. Area is fine. Food and beach nerby. ”

“Wonderful setting. We stayed in 'Pepper Cottage' and felt like we were in the jungle - but in a safe way. Best massages we had in Sri Lanka. Also the best breakfast - it was just so beautifully prepared. Location is set back off a main road - which you cannot hear - but this meant it was easy to walk to nearby restaurants.”

“We stayed here for a night & checked out early in the next day for whale watching. Breakfast for taken away was only biscuit and 2 bananas. Location is good and near to beach. Room was comfortable with hot shower. Hotel staffs were nice but poor communication between them. We called the hotel the day before we check-in and asked for an extra room for our driver, the staff told us we could pay a bit more and would arrange it for us. However, when we checked-in in the evening, the reception knew……

“Sea World Boutique is a FANTASTIC hotel - we loved our stay there. The hotel itself is stunning (the pictures don't even do the beauty of the location justice!) but more than that, the staff are wonderfully welcoming, so friendly and it was a difficult day when we had to leave! “酒店的游泳池很不错，从3楼阳台可以直接看到mirissa海滩，房间很整洁，服务员们都很nice你有什么需要他们都很乐意帮助你。离mirissa海滩有点远，走路要15分钟，房间的门不能自动关闭，有几次出门以为自动关上了，回来才发现门没关紧，厕所的排气扇也是坏的，有人上完厕所后非常臭。总体来说酒店很不错，但作为新酒店细节仍需提升。”

“By far the best place we've stayed in on our trip. Here's why... Really quiet location away from the street noise/pollution. Very helpful, welcoming owners that don't bother you, yet go the extra mile to help (for example when I cut my foot open from too much beach dancing!). The room had all the subtle, useful things we often need as travellers...towels that are absorbent (not tissue paper! :-)), soap, spare loo roll, a knife (I used it to peel an orange), kettle, mosquito net that is……

“We returned for our 4 day Mirissa trip and stayed at Central Beach. The hospitality, atmosphere and comfort was wonderful during our last stay and once again, met our expectations. The restaurant has really good food, variety, fresh seafood, and kind, helpful staff. This hotel has a beautiful beachside location, is a walkable distance to stores, restaurants, a doctor and gift shops. We are definitely going to be repeat visitors. ”

“Absolutely fantastic stay with our two children. They were both sad to leave after two nights. Excellent service and food. Great location right on the beach. Couldn’t recommend more.”

“The room is good - spacious and clean - except that we were arranged to stay in a room on the ground floor. Would have requested for rooms upstairs for a better view. Staffs were polite - despite service was quite slow.”
