“Checked in late night, Air-conditioner was not working took an hour to make it running, during check in I informed door knob was broken. They came and looked at but didn't fix or give us different room. During using the washroom, I noticed that there was a water leak from the tube. Called receptionist and complained. A plumber came middle of the night tried more than an hour. They didn't offer another room. I tried to sleep last part of the night but couldn't due to smelly blanket and pillow.……

“酒店服务真的很好，他们都比较周到，可能订的房间小了，感觉很小很拥挤，另外没配套牙膏牙刷拖鞋的，自己买了牙膏牙刷，后面晚上才发现没拖鞋让前台拿了双过来，速度很快。还有房子有蚊子，发现这个国家蚊子好多，哪里都有，酒店已经每个房间都喷杀虫剂的了，但是晚上睡觉还是有蚊子，受不了。”

“It was not amazing. I manage to just get in and sleep. There were, very few, but there were mosquitos. Same breakfast every day, the cleanness was horrible. The service bad.”
