“Drink and food cost way too much ”

“Checked in late night, Air-conditioner was not working took an hour to make it running, during check in I informed door knob was broken. They came and looked at but didn't fix or give us different room. During using the washroom, I noticed that there was a water leak from the tube. Called receptionist and complained. A plumber came middle of the night tried more than an hour. They didn't offer another room. I tried to sleep last part of the night but couldn't due to smelly blanket and pillow.……

“Overall marginal acceptable, but overpriced with this quality ”

“Unlike grand chained hotels, Golden Tulip Grandmark Dhaka is definitely one of the best small-medium size hotel. But hopefully there would be more choices in breakfast. Wifi could be improved. ”

“It was not amazing. I manage to just get in and sleep. There were, very few, but there were mosquitos. Same breakfast every day, the cleanness was horrible. The service bad.”
