“I actually liked the location and thotel car pick up services. The driver was nice and patient even my flight arrival in the early morning. Staffs were warm, helpful and quick check-in proces, made me more comfortable and welcomed. ”

But they claim to charge extra for pool usually, and the pool area has no privacy or maintenance, or a place to relax, it's dirty too and people from neighborhood buildings keeps starring, which is quite uncomfortable. They don't have room service after 4 / 5 pm, which can also be inconvenient. And have told us "no guests will be allowed to visit" even after taking a suite. The quality of service is quite poor, compared to what they charge.”
