“We stayed at the Farmhouse over the July 4th weekend 2025 to celebrate my husband's birthday. Unfortunately, it was the weekend of the flood in the hill country so a lot of the local things we had planned to do we could not do because of the heavy rains. We could not have been at a better place to be rained in!! The covered patio area was perfect even with the rain and the house could not have been more perfect. “Home was lovely and spacious. We never felt crowded. Stayed here for our son’s wedding weekend. Super convenient to their venue. Julie was great to work with, great communication and very accommodating. Beds were comfy, home was clean and overall a wonderful weekend full of great memories. Would stay again!!”

“Such a cute and cozy home! We enjoyed staying here and loved that it was away from everything but also super close to all the wineries. The house had all the toiletries you could think of and thank goodness because a few of us forgot our body wash and shampoos. Delores was such a great host and was very sweet and easy to communicate with. I definitely would recommend this house to stay at and will return if I ever come back to Fredericksburg. Such a great experience!”
