“Paul you are a great host with getting us to our weekend cottage, everything was exactly the way you explained. we didn't need anything because it is such a great setup. we will definitely be back for more visits. The cottage was super clean, the private hot tube was amazing. very peaceful and quiet, and dining on Main street was a straight 12 minute drive down hwy 87. thank you for the memories!”

“We enjoyed our stay in this cute house; however, we have some suggestions to the owner that might affect your stay. The house needs a good, deep cleaning. There's HEAVY dust on all the fake plants base boards, tops of pictures, etc. 2ndly, the coffee pots may need a vinegar cleaning or replacement. The pot takes about 45 minutes to make a full pot, with constant manipulation. We're figuring it's from mineral deposits. Something is wrong w the bathroom sink, as the flow is very low, & hot water……

“It’s a medium walk from the heart of downtown. Super clean, cute, quiet. We ended up not using the hot tub - it is on the front porch so just semi private but very clean. It has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave, cutlery, mini fridge. If you are with friends the bathroom doors are see through so be sure you cover up. Shower was perfect. And bed was cozy AF. 5 Stars - would totally stay again. ”

“We went down to Fredericksburg for a parents getaway with some friends! This house is so cute, cozy and relaxing! House was incredibly clean, wonderful layout! “We enjoyed the location, but the road leading up to location needed a bit of work. There could have been some tissues in the bathroom. We used the hot tub daily, but found the chemicals began to lose their potency and by the last day, the tub had a bad odor. The private yard was a big plus and the grill was great. The indoors could have used a better dusting and a few nicks in the wall could have been fixed and painted, but other that that the place was nice.”

“Was a wonderful trip to quiet and relaxing. The cabin was very nice on the inside. It could use a little love on the outside. I hadn’t noticed there wasn’t a dishwasher , boo. Would have preferred a separate bedroom instead of a sauna but it was very comfortable. We got to bring our puppies and they loved going on vacation. The cabin is out of town a little so when we did go to town we stopped at HEB to get some ready made meals. They have a huge selection. The wildflowers were beautiful!”
