“The parking lot and outside of the property were underwhelming to say the least. I didn’t feel as safe at this hotel as opposed to going up the road two more exits. Once inside, it was better. They told me there that the elevator was broken, then put me on the top floor. I have health issues and going up & down all those stairs with luggage was a struggle. The breakfast in the morning was limited as well. Overall, it was fine for a night but I would not stay here again. ”

“This is my second stay with them. That should say enough. If not, I will let it be known that the staff’s friendliness is top tier. The room was spacious and spotless. Location, location, location! It is conveniently located downtown. Great food choices, bars, etc. And I absolutely love the history and design in this particular establishment. ”

“The property was clean and neat. The only thing that was an issue was the television in the room was small and had a bad picture. Upgrade the televisions. ”

“The saff was super friendly and accomodating. The hotel was extremely clean, well decorated, and comfortable. General Maintenance is needed throughout. The first room I was given had a door handle that wouldn't latch. The second room they moved me to was a bit older in terms of the renovations, and had a few small maintenance issues. However, none of them impacted my stay. I still recommend this hotel.”
