“The appearance of the hotel is very beautiful. But, the rooms and beds were very small. The one thing I dislike the most was the cockroaches everywhere. When you leave the room and the power goes off, the room gets hot and roaches come out and get on and into everything. Every time we came back to the room we had to spend about 15 minutes or more killing roaches. It was disguising and frustrating. The hotel would be okay if they take care of the roach problem. ”
“All staff encountered very friendly. Room way bigger than expected. Free shuttle useful. Good value. Local street food is nice aswell. Will return for sure. ”
“Overall not too bad. The breakfast is reasonable for the price. They also have a free flow welcome drink (usual syrup beverage) counter at the lobby. The spa in the hotel is great.
Many shops in the immediate surrounding area are close down due to COVID, but there are some spa outlets, a conveniet shop, and a couple of restaurants within walking distance that are in business. Very close to Padang Golf course. ”
“Very cosy Deluxe room with windows overlooking the "Beverly Hills" of Batam (Sukajadi area) and surrounded by a few hipster cafe and Hawker food stall around the buildings - Bright new concept lay out room (Not the old fashion type) - Clean with strong Wifi and good Air-con flow - Spacey toilet with Hot and Cold shower - Moderate water flow from the big head shower - Would be complete if they could provide a small refrigerator in the room.”
