“Resepsiyonda çok güler yüzlü ve ilgili arkadaşlar çalışıyor. Odamıza kadar çıkartıp detaylı bir şekilde bilgilendirmelerini yaptı. Konaklamalarımda en dikkat ettiğim şey temizliktir. Odaya girdikten sonra çarşaflara ve yastıklara baktık tertemizdi. Sonrasında banyoya gittik, orası da tertemizdi. Hatta banyodaki fıskiye asılan yerde su ve kireç lekesi dahi yoktu. Konfora gelecek olursak yatak ve yastık inanılmaz rahattı. Bazı otellerde odada kötü koku falan olur ama burada mis gibi kokuyodu……

Our hotel room #104 was large, modern and very comfortable, and the hotel is perfectly located in Kadikoy … on a quiet street but close to both the ferry area and the main shopping & restaurant/bar areas of Kadikoy. ”
“Konum açısından oldukça güzel ve güvenli bir yerde. Temizliği güzeldi, çalışanlar ilgili ve güleryüzlü idi. Ben deprem korkusu nedeniyle oteli özellikle seçtim ki dönüş günümde deprem oldu. Ancak maalesef belirteyim sokakların dar ve yapıların sık olması sadece otelin güvenli olmasını anlamsız kılıyor. Bunun dışında tercih edilebilir bir yer.”

Die Straße in der das Hotel ist ist etwas laut und nichts für eine Frau alleine.
Die Zimmer sind etwas zu klein, aber modern eingerichtet und da es nur zum Schlafen ist war es völlig ausreichend. Und Hauptsache ist das es sauber war.
Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.
Im Großen und ganzen war alles super würde das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.”
“1. Acoustic insulation is not good, could hear everything in the next room and in the corridor, got waken up early.
2. Bed is comfortable and the terrace nice. Some fixtures are old and need replacement, for example the shower head holder, the whole vertical rod came out when trying to adjust. Not sufficient counter surface for putting items in. The counter surface at the sink does not drain back to the sink and splashed water accumulate.
3. Dove shampoo and shower gel were provided. Better and……
