“Our family had a great experience there as the staffs are really helpful、friendly and hospitality. The location is close to most of famouse sight spot, walking distance with 10 minute. The hotel not only provide breakfast but also provide a free lunch which you could choose time between 12PM to 6PM which is really cool. The rooms are spacious and hygienic. “Positive: if I could give a 7 star, I would for the staff. They were just genuinely pleasant and helpful. There's a lift so no need to lug your suitcase. You walk out of the hotel and the tram #1 is right there if you need public transport. We only used it a couple of times though e.g. to get to Dolmabachi Palace as you are only 5-10min walk away from all the major sights. “Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten, zu dem ist die Marmaray und Tramvay innerhalb 5 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen, die Fähren sind 10 Min. entfernt. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber gewesen und wurde täglich nach Wunsch auch gereinigt. Die Putzkräfte, sowie die Mitarbeiter/-innen an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich, wir wurden immer gefragt ob alles in Ordnung ist bzw. wir etwas benötigen. “We wanted to stay near the Grand Bazaar in a non chain hotel. This fit the bill very well. The street in front is closed to cars after 10am, so we did have to walk about 300 meters from the taxi with our bags. Room was very quiet. Couldn’t even hear the calls to prayer when we slept. ”

“Cleanliness : The cleanliness was satisfactory. The balcony was a bit dirty but it didn't matter because it was small and you won’t walk out often. Ease of visit : We just stayed two nights and it was very easy for us to visit the attractions on the European side of Istanbul (we went through the attractions on foot).
