“This apartment was perfectly located in downtown Asheville within walking distance to amazing restaurants and shopping! It was also in close driving distance to great hiking as well as The Biltmore Estate. We truly enjoyed celebrating our anniversary here and this was a fantastic landing place. Everything you need for your stay is provided, the building is secure and quiet and although you can hear the nightlife outside, the sound machine in the bedroom drowns it out when you are ready to sleep!……

“Overall it was a nice, small place. I would HIGHLY recommend you bring your own king size sheets - unless you like polyester sheets. And bring your pillow, they were absolutely horrible - like somone stuffed old socks and sweaters into a pillowcase. Also, the windows need repair, they are very heavy and do not stay open on their own. You can prop them open, but watch out for your fingers! The floors are VERY warped, but whatever, it's an old building. The bathroom and kitchen were very clean and……

“This property is very clean and located centrally (walking distance) to all of the main broadway street. We had the unfortunate luck of staying here during hurricane Helene! The city was without power and water as well as all roads closed for a few days in and out of Asheville. Our host checked on us daily and shared food and water. He was very gracious and thoughtful! We will return to Asheville and hopefully this property in the future but will heed weather forecasts prior!!”
